The 2012-13 Believe Tour of Justin Bieber comes to St Louis for a Saturday night show on October 27,2012 starting at 7:00pm. YouTube sensation Carly Rae Jepsen will open on this tour. Look for the new hit Boyfriend and other hit songs from Believe released in June as well as all of the fan favorites. "Never Say Never" when it comes to The Biebs and his outstanding musical productions.
