The Justin Bieber 2012-13 Believe Tour starts up again after the holiday break here in Utah on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at the Energy Solutions Arena in Salt Lake City. The opening act for the tour has been YouTube sensation Carly Rae Jepsen Carly also sings a beautiful duet with Justin with "Never Say Never." With the Biebs and his futuristic production expect to be entertained. Look for his new hit Boyfriend (the encore of course)
